→ A description of your idea
→ Size/placement of tattoo
→ Any photo examples for reference

Please be thorough if you are wanting specific details included! The
better I’m able to understand your idea, the better the result will be.

I will be accepting very few cover-up pieces, and I will require an in-person consultation prior to booking the appointment to be sure I’m comfortable tattooing the area. I am not opposed to tattooing over scar tissue, but would also prefer to have a consultation prior to scheduling.

Please note, when I give a time/price estimate, that time frame is not guaranteed. Every skin type is completely different!

Sometimes the tattoo takes more or less time than I originally estimate, so plan for some flexibility in the time frame, especially with larger scale tattoos. I want to give you the best work I’m capable of, and I don’t want to rush through a piece.

I typically book appointments a few months in advance, while opening my schedule to new inquiries several times during the year.

The timing of this varies, so booking dates will be announced on my Instagram page. I will only be accepting submissions through this appointment form! This form will only be active during a booking date and then deactivated once I receive an adequate amount of requests.

When reviewing submissions, I choose based on projects I’m most interested in and that will best fit my style and abilities. Being more selective with my clientele will ensure you the best quality of work!

• Yes! I would love to take on this project, let’s book a date!

• I am interested in this project but unfortunately I cannot take it on during this booking cycle. Please resubmit this form at a later date.

• No. Unfortunately I’m not interested in taking on a project like this at this time.

Please reply promptly if I choose to take on your project or I will have to move onto the next available client. Clients with ongoing projects/incomplete work will have first priority.
